    Came in for oil change on my 100k Corvette and had grease prints inside and outside vehicle and was not even asked if I wanted a car detail or vacuum

    truck only has 80000 miles and lights on dash came on and i had to have it towed ..they had to do MAJOR work on engine costing me over $6000..really disappointed with Chevy and now looking to replace this truck ..but not with Chevy

    I schedule an appointment on line with the service department. I drove 45 minutes to your facility only to be told that I was not in the system even though I received reminder notifications. They said sometimes the system doesn’t get the info. This issue needs to be resolved. It took an hour n a half to change the oil and rotate the tires. Two days after the service I received a phone call advising me that I didn’t keep my appointment. Your it department needs to do better. I will not be returning for any service to be performed. From purchasing this car to the service it has been nothing but aggravation. You need to do better
