I drove 45 minutes to your facility only to be told that I was not in the system even though I received reminder notifications. They said sometimes the system doesn’t get the info. This issue needs to be resolved. It took an hour n a half to change the oil and rotate the tires. Two days after the service I received a phone call advising me that I didn’t keep my appointment. Your it department needs to do better. I will not be returning for any service to be performed. From purchasing this car to the service it has been nothing but aggravation. You need to do betterMichael G
